This Rose’ was made from the saignier of Napa Valley Syrah. Slow, cool fermented and aged in a tank to retain its crisp edge and very bright fruit flavors. The lees were stirred in tank to obtain a well rounded mouthfeel.

Our Rose is crisp and clean but with a rich, round mouthfeel. We have created and styled this wine so that white wine and red wine drinkers a like will enjoy it in all settings.

Only 145 cases were produced.

Our Viognier was slow, cool fermented and aged sur-lee style in neutral French oak barrels for 3 months prior to bottling. This helped to create mouthfeel without oak flavors while focusing on bright, crisp, classic Viognier fruit flavors.

If you have never enjoyed or tasted a Viognier white wine, imagine a crisp clean, very floral, tropical fruit flavored Sauvignon Blanc but with the mouthfeel and texture of a unoaked Chardonnay, that’s what you should expect from our Viognier.

Our Four best barrels were selected to create this unique reserve Grenache red wine. The perfect vineyard became available and we thought it would be our chance to pay homage to the beautiful Garnacha wines of Spain. Aged in neutral French oak for 29 months helped to create the age worthy wine.

If you have never enjoyed or tasted a Grenache red wine, imagine a classic, rich, old-world style Pinot Noir but with more red fruit flavors and a slightly heavier body. With over two years in the barrel this wine is very soft, very elegant and simply pairs well with anything but a steak!

From the tallest heights of Mt. Veeder, well above the Napa Valley floor, the winemaker handcrafts his story one chapter at a time into a collected work of vintages: a traditional tale told from a new perspective, a moveable feast intended to endure. This classic Bordeaux “style” blend exemplifies its Napa Valley mountain home.

All five traditional Bordeaux grapes are used with Cabernet Sauvignon being the majority and dominate varietal. Our goal is to create a soft and very rich old-world style Cabernet Sauvignon blend but with ultra rich Napa Valley fruit flavor. This wine will age for 10-15 years easily.

James “Garrett” Graham, my son, is the inspiration behind this wine. In his honor, I have hand picked the two best barrels of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon out of the “Chapter” Series program to create is limited production wine.

Our 2006 is big, bold and very rich. Classic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, that only a very few will enjoy due to our production size. This wine is created for our wine clubs and only available for a limited time. This wine will age for 10-15 years easily.

Only 50 cases were produced

This limited reserve is 50% Petit Verdot and 50% Petite Sirah. It got it’s name from a wine writer who tasted the final blend right before the initial bottling. After tasting the wine he proclaimed that it tasted like “An Angel kicking you in the nuts”. A bold description but it was so true. I decided to name the wine “Debauchery” and it is very fitting.

Our 2008 is very black, very thick and very rich. The Petit Verdot creates the back bone while the Petite Sirah adds depth, mouthfeel and a silky smooth finish. Like the J.Garrett wines, only a very few will enjoy due to our production size. This wine is created for our wine clubs and only available for a limited time. This wine will age forever and a day…

Only 50 cases were produced

This proprietary blend is mainly Viognier with small amounts of Roussanne and Riesling added to create a wine that is very versatile and works well with food or simply as a refreshing white wine by itself.

“Only those who will risk going to far can possibly find out how far they can go” is the motto of this wine. This wine is affordable, very fun and is the perfect everyday white wine enjoyed on a hot summer day or any occasion with family and friends.

This mainly Cabernet Sauvignon based blend (71%) has small amounts of Petite Sirah, Zinfandel and Petit Verdot added in to create a bold red wine with a soft palate and smooth, rich finish. 70% Napa Valley fruit, the rest from El Dorado, Sierra Foothills.

“We are what we repeatedly do” is the motto of this wine. This big, hearty, structured red wine is a great value. Lots of dark, jammy berry fruits, black pepper and pie spice. Big, bold tannins: more than you may expect, it’s the perfect everyday red wine.
